Monitor Feasibility of EWL purchased materials daily based on entered Sales Orders to schedule and meet requirements for delivery dates of internal and external customers.
Strengthen communication and relationships between the Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and other key stakeholders.
Manage and maintain an optimum Planning Board to maximize productivity and deadlines.
Continuously evaluate service failures, equipment selection opportunities and cost savings opportunities through use of performance driven metrics and root cause analysis and drive improvement initiatives.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly KPI & OTIF reporting and commentary
Support and/or drive key initiatives to improve Operations and Customer experience as required
Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure optimal team member interactions thus driving team performance
RequirementsQualifications & Competencies:
Advanced degree strong preferred
APICS - CPIM or CPM certification preferred
Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain principles including MRP, EOQ, POQ, etc.
Ability to systematically analyze ERP data and summarize the results in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrated analytical ability including a systems approach to problem solving
Capability to develop and optimize processes
Demonstrated ability to maintain flexibility and composure in stressful situations
Excellent planning and organizational skills
4 year degree in Logistics / Supply Chain, Business
5 years prior supply chain experience with minimum of 2 years planning experience
Solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel, Word, Outlook skills
Review and revise all department policies and SOPs
Maintain integrity, accuracy and discipline of the ERP system
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
