Description We are offering a role in our team for a Front Desk Coordinator located in Bethesda, MD. The job entails providing coordination and administrative support for the delivery of various workplace services. The role is within the facilities management industry and requires an individual to be on-site.Responsibilities include: Providing concierge services to ensure smooth operations within the office Managing conference meeting rooms, including scheduling and setup Providing A/V support for meetings and events Coordinating and managing events within the workplace Handling document services, ensuring all necessary documents are in order and readily available Managing mail services to ensure timely delivery and distribution of mail Overseeing records archiving, ensuring all records are properly stored and easily retrievable Managing office supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are well stocked Coordinating moves, adds, and changes within the office space Managing furniture within the workplace, ensuring it is properly maintained and arranged Resetting office spaces as needed to accommodate different needs and activitiesSkills required for this role include customer service, communication, office functions, documentation, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, training, billing functions, materials handling, Microsoft Word, quality management, database management, human resources administration, Microsoft Outlook, insurance, workstation support, leadership skills, production, receptionist duties, vendor management, onboarding, correspondence, digital skills, and expense reporting.Requirements Proven experience in customer service and communication roles Proficiency in office functions and documentation management Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience in training staff and coordinating onboarding processes Knowledge of billing functions, insurance procedures and materials handling Ability to manage databases and maintain high quality of information Experience in human resources administration, including correspondence and expense reporting Proficiency in 'About Time' software and workstation support Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to oversee production Familiarity with receptionist duties and vendor management Digital literacy and ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks.
