As a Category Manager within the Procurement team, you will play a key role in leading, designing and delivering category strategies and commercial cost optimisation activities. 
Both of which focus on stakeholder engagement, value realisation and risk mitigation.  This role will have a significant focus enabling our Marketing portfolio. Value will be delivered through running sourcing activities and negotiations, scope / specification review and demand management.Sound good? Read on.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:Understand the Endeavour business and cost drivers and in collaboration with business partners, create category strategies and execute sourcing events to deliver sustainable value.Influencing and mobilising key stakeholders to deliver impactful change.Extracting insights from complex analysis.Influencing decisions and through clear communications and presentations.Running sourcing activities and supplier negotiation.Develop, implement and manage vendor performance metrics, documents and reporting as part of a Supplier Relationship Management plan (metrics, compliance, continuous improvement plans).Anticipate and execute contract-based opportunities.Support ESG programs and activities.
