This role will lead the safety audit team providing independent, objective assurance and advisory services to add value and improve operations across the Endeavour Group.Sound good? Read on.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:The primary objective of this role is to develop, plan and manage the Internal Audti - Safety, Health & Wellbeing Assurance Program and provide independent and objective assurance of compliance with processes and procedures, strategies, plans and objectives. Reporting to the Senior Audit Manager - Store & Hotel Operations, you will support the delivery of IA objectives, which are providing independent, objective assurance and advisory services designed to add value and improve the organisation's operations. You will also bring a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and test the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management and governance processes.You'll lead and conduct assurance engagements, supporting management in delivering the annual audit plan, and providing coaching to team members. This role will also ensure that safety, health and workers compensation self insurance licence requirements are met in line with Board and State licensing requirements.The Safety Audit Manager will also provide advisory services and promote continuous improvement in safety performance and safety management systems within the Endeavour Group.
