Need experienced carpenter

I need an experienced carpenter with a heavey background in deck building. I need a guy that can build wraparound steps and not need to be babysat. Tools and truck are required. If you are not ready to start Monday morning don’t waste your time. If you can’t build steps including wraparound and corner steps don’t waste your time. Pay based on experience but from $225 to $250 a day cash every Friday. I got a lot of work. Booked out a month with estimates pouring in and project’s waiting on hoas and twp permits.
