I need a carpenter/ very experienced helper

I need a guy with at least 4 years experience in residential remodeling With a strong focus on decks. Must have deck building experience. You should have basic tools and a truck. Pat is based on experience but range is $25 to $28 an hr cash paid every Friday. In response leave experience level money desired what tools you have where you are located(I’m in runnemede but work all over Jersey an Philly) what kind of vehicle. So after multiple reply’s maybe I should have been clearer. I’m looking for a guy with 4 or five years experience. At this point you should have basic hand tools belt all that. I’m not looking for a lead carpenter with 25 years experience. I’m looking ideally for a teachable 30 something with say 4 to 10 yrs experience.
