We are seeking a trustworthy, reliable, self-starter to join our Print, Direct Mail and Digital Marketing Firm!
In this role, you are a core member of the Team. We need someone who is a proficient communicator, driven, enjoys the work, great interpersonal skills, and someone who can create positive and effective relationships with our clients. We have a friendly laid-back culture, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company.
Essential Duties:
Manage correspondence, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming calls and emails.
Process orders and Merchant applications. Follow through until approved.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing timely and professional responses. Relay messages and information accurately and efficiently.
Review and prioritizes work requests using Project Management software.
Learn fast and be proactive at keeping on top of tasks.
Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to assist with POS system inquiries and issues.
Troubleshoot with customers experiencing difficulties with our POS systems. (training is available for the right
candidate)
Good Sales & Marketing hustle to stay on top of customers and provide great service as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone skills)
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with clients
Excellent organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software’s
CRM Management knowledge a plus
