High volume bar / restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner seeking front of the house manager, preferably with 3-5 years restaurant experience. Job is seasonal: Mid-May through Mid-September, 5-6 days, 30-40 hours.
Typical tasks include:
Overseeing front of the house: servers, bussers, hostesses.
Assisting front of the house staff when necessary. Manage requests or questions from customers.
Familiar with various POS Software.
Assist with private party settings.
Work directly with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth transition of operation.
