Hotdog Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced shop manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our shop, managing a team of employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers. The duties are to manage the day to day operations including opening and closing procedures. You will need to maintain a clean and organized shop environment, as well as perform administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and inventory management. You will need previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a food service industry. You will need strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire other employees. You will need to be able to negotiate effectively with suppliers, and have experience in cash handling procedures. Yu will need strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Will need to be able to handle difficult situations professionally.
