Customer Service Technician

Interlock Device of New Jersey is looking for a customer service technician for our South Jersey shops, primarily in West Berlin, Cherry Hill, Vineland. We are a company that installs breathalyzers into vehicles for people who have been convicted of DUI. The breathalyzer prevents a vehicle from starting if the operator is intoxicated.

We are looking for a responsible and punctual individual with good people skills and good computer skills as well. Individual must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. This is a full time position. Duties would include: greeting our clients upon arrival for installation, training clients how to use our device, performing a routine monthly checkup on our equipment and dealing one on one with our clients, doing routine shop tasks. We would also train you how to perform the removal of the Interlock Device from the vehicle. Tech would will working in different shops on different days of the week with a set weekly schedule. Must be willing to work Saturdays. Customer service tech will be off on Sundays, and one additional weekday. This is a full time, 40 hour position.
