Job DescriptionAn employer is seeking a data analytics focused technical product owner for a large consumer organization. This candidate will be involved in the workforce intelligence of the business under the HR department within the IT organization. Candidates will work closely with the WFI business partners in understanding the data analytics requirements. Candidates should have an in-depth knowledge working with Qualtrics, Power BI, Tableau and/or VISIR. This won't be a hands on role technically, but should have an understanding behidn the data pull and information communicating between the systems. Candidates must have data reporting and analytics knowledge. Candidates will be using Jira and confluence to launch WFISkills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science
3-4 years with data analytics experience including reporting tools, and overall HRIS background
Familiar with Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI, and/or VISIR
Any SAAS reporting knowledge
Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence
Data and Analytics tools including SQL, Python, databases(snowflake, postgres), integration of API, SFTP - Masters Degree null
