Data Analytics Technical Lead

Job DescriptionAn employer is seeking a data analytics focused technical product owner for a large consumer organization. This candidate will be involved in the workforce intelligence of the business under the HR department within the IT organization. Candidates will work closely with the WFI business partners in understanding the data analytics requirements. They will lead the implementation and ongoing configuration of applicant tracking systems and look to optimize their talent access tools and technologies. Candidates should have a background in supporting HR partners working with workday reports, SaaS analytics, and data driven analysis.
