Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Manager in the Princeton, New Jersey area. This role will primarily focus on providing strategic financial insights and managing the annual budgeting and forecasting processes within our organization. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to support decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis and work directly with various departments to ensure alignment with the organization's financial goals and objectives.Responsibilities: Provide strategic financial insights to aid in decision-making processes. Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes efficiently. Support various departments to guarantee alignment with the organization's financial objectives. Utilize accounting software systems to process and maintain accurate financial records. Conduct internal auditing to ensure financial compliance and accuracy. Leverage data mining techniques to provide comprehensive financial analysis. Use CRM and Crystal Reports to track and report on financial metrics. Handle all accounting functions, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded. Work closely with the 3M team to streamline financial processes and operations. Collaborate with other teams to ensure financial goals are met.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Relevant certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred Proven experience in a similar role is desirable. Familiarity with 'About Time' software and other accounting functions Experience in creating and managing annual budgets Knowledge and experience in auditing and budget processes Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven leadership and management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
