Our direct client in the northern central NJ area is seeking a
Project Manager to join the Portfolio Management team which is tasked with project/program governance.The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:- Previous project or program management experience and skills from a PMO environment (PMP certification is highly desired)
- An out of the box thinker who can recommend & execute improvements to the portfolio management function
- A self-starter and high energy; willingness to support others; learn and grow
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel
- Continuously seeks opportunities to improve, streamline and automate processes
- Poised and composed interaction with all levels of the organization; ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Clarity and JIRA software
