JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related area 5+ years IT project management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt communication based on audience Four + years of experience in the areas of development, implementations, or interface engineering with preferable experience with software and mixed software/hardware environment. Experience managing software projects, with demonstrated ability to develop and manage concurrent schedules and track associated documentation Project management certification preferred Demonstrated ability to capture requirements and implement on time and on budget Demonstrated ability to facilitate conflict whilst working with parties toward acceptable solution which satisfies the spirit of the requirement Proven Leadership aptitude Critical thinking and problem-solving proficiency Self-reliant Individual with demonstrated ability to quickly add value to an organization Proficient in MS Office Products Proficient in SharePoint and / or other collaboration tools
