NBCUniversal’s Advertising Platforms & Operations team is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $10B annual advertising business.The Customer Solutions team within Advertising Platforms & Operations is responsible for leading the product development processes for the technology solutions delivered to our advertising partners.We are currently seeking a Product Manager, Creative Automation to help build our reimagination of the digital creative workflow. As a ideal candidate, you will be a highly collaborative person who thinks outside the box and is passionate about digital media and video advertising innovation, cares about our customers, and has strong analytical, and communication skills.Responsibilities:Become an expert in the Ad Sales space, understanding how it works and the benefits it provides advertisers and consumersThink holistically about all the products & workflows constituting our digital ecosystemBuild creative workflow applications that deliver across Ops leadership KPIs and focus on automating tedious manual workflowsManage product roadmaps and effectively communicate timelines to all key stakeholders by leading communication, prioritizing key features, and working with external partners and engineering teams.Collaborate, communicate, and influence across Product, Strategy, and Ops leadership to define, specify, and drive the execution of the teamTrack success by using key performance indicators and consistently test and evaluate fundamental metrics.Document and detail user stories for engineering and participate in UATPartner with Sales Operations to thoughtfully roll out and operationalize key featuresParticipate in external vendor communication in order to facilitate industry change and to optimize creative workflows upstream of NBCUOwn your product area, prioritize work, and always maintain the highest standard of quality.
