Business Analyst

This role is based in our New York, NY office.We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the strategic expansion of our data-rich product portfolio serving the aerospace and defense sectors. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our offerings—developing digital solutions that deliver actionable insights and drive smarter business decisions. Ideal candidates will have experience working with complex data sets, a strong understanding of market and customer needs, and a passion for innovation in the defense and aerospace industries.Role Accountability and Duties:Research and gather customer needs and translate into business, functional, and technical requirementsManage product backlogs and prioritization via direct collaboration with stakeholdersGuide development and infrastructure partners throughout execution, act as primary acceptance testerWrite and maintain product usage guides and release notes for internal and external customersEnable Customer Success teams to best support end usersCreate and maintain status reports and dashboardsAssist Sales and Marketing with creation of training and promotional materials
