Account Manager with Managed Service Provider Experience
A great candidate would be a network engineer wanting to make a move into account management.
Overview:
This is not a role focused on sales. The role is focused on customer success. You achieve customer success by always doing what is in the best interest of the client.
You need to be organized to follow a schedule of call/appointments to ensure that the clients are getting what they need.
Maintain a proactive communication channel with client.
General Task List:
Monthly call schedule with an agenda.
Discover client’s needs.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Solution Architect to help build the solutions.
Create Opportunities, Quotes, Sales Orders. Place orders with vendors.
Participate in daily Morning Team Huddle.
Participate in daily Projects/Account Management Huddle.
Prepare information for meetings and updating account management software.
Salary commensurate with experience. Not looking to low ball, glad to pay for experience.
