Account Manager with Managed Service Provider Experience

Or a great candidate is a network engineer wanting to make a move into account management.

Overview:

This is not a role focused on sales. Your role is primarily customer liaison. Your focus will be doing what is in the best interests of the client to help them be successful with their technology.

You need to be organized and thorough to follow a schedule of calls and appointments to ensure that the clients are getting what they need and have a proactive communication channel with you.

Must be able to utilize suggested time management structure to efficiently prioritize your responsibilities.

Monthly calls schedule with an agenda.

Discover client’s needs.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Solution Architect to help build the solutions.

Create Opportunities, Quotes, Sales Orders. Place orders with vendors.

Participate in daily Morning Team Huddle.

Participate in daily Projects/Account Management Huddle.

Conduct monthly check-in calls with clients.

Prepare information for meetings and account management software.

Salary commensurate with experience. Not looking to low ball, glad to pay for experience.
