An outside part-time sales agent is needed. This is a straight-commission position only.
Opportunity to make money selling LED light Fixtures to all types of businesses.
The territory is all of North Jersey.
Just find establishments such as warehouses, large businesses, etc with 30 or more florescent lights and you should have a 95% sales success, because of this amazing program offered to change to our beautiful LED light fixtures.
Spanish speaking is a plus but not necessary. You must also have at least three years of outside sales experience.
You make a $10.00 commission for each light fixture sold.
You visit all types of businesses, such as warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial buildings.
They will love our LED light Fixtures if they have older fluorescent lights.
We are an approved vendor for the rebate program with PSE&G and JCP&L utility companies.
They offer rebates on all their lights when they replace the older lights.
Now the great part of this is that we only charge $1.00 for each of these energy-saving light fixtures, including the installation.
We take away all their old lights for them.
You sell 75 warehouse lights see the example below.
Your commission would be as follows:
Total of light fixtures x $10.00 x 75 lights = $750.00. We pay you half up front which would be $375.00 and the other half of $375.00 when the lights are installed. Usually within 30 days, they are installed.
We also pay a bonus of $75.00 if you sell 150 light fixtures in one week and $150.00 if you sell 250 light fixtures in a week.
The more you work the more money you make.
You are truly a 1099 independent contractor. We also provide you with all the light samples to show the businesses.
Just get a copy of their electric bill, fill out the inspection and contact sheet, and take a few pictures of the old lights.
You will have your field manager work with you a few days per week to help you sell and also teach you this business.
