We are currently seeking a self-motivated leader to help us with Generating Sales, Media/Marketing and planning Fundraising Events. “Boxes For Smiles” is a philanthropic platform founded by Boxin Moving, which is a Start-Up Social Enterprise based in Northern, New Jersey. Our mission is to provide an exceptional moving experience, while making a difference in the lives of foster/disadvantaged youths from all across New Jersey. As a Community Agent/Leader you will be responsible for actively engaging with and representing your community by identifying issues, fostering collaboration with local organizations, and advocating for underserved/foster youths; often acting as a liaison between the community, non-profit organizations and the company: the primary goal is to build relationships, organize community outreach projects, and coordinate events that promote products, services, and mission of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the principal ambassador for the company, responsible for sharing our vision with the local community.

Manage and coordinate fundraising projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborate with team members to develop project plans, goals, and sales objectives.

Establishing partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and government agencies to leverage resources and support for youth empowerment programs.

​​Engaging community members to participate in initiatives through volunteer recruitment, team building, and training.

Organizing community events, workshops, donation drives, and projects aimed at addressing the needs of the communities that we serve.

Recruit, complete training for new team members and setting sales quotas.

Attend relevant events and activities to represent the company and build strong relationships with key community members.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1 year minimum Customer Service, Outside Sales, Marketing/Media and Leadership Skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Marketing, Google products, SEO, CRM System, and other computer related software applications.

Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects with tact, kindness, and professionalism.

Fundraising, public affairs, public speaking, social media, technical skills.

Experience in public relations, event planning, communication skills, journalism, and/or related experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 21 years of age, live within 30 minutes from Parsippany, New Jersey.

Must clear background check.

Must have High School diploma or GED

Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident

Have a valid Driver's License and own a reliable vehicle.

Able to travel locally (up to 90%) of the time, within an assigned territory.

Must be able to work a minimum of 30+ hours per week, including some weekends.

Must be a New Jersey Resident for at least 2 years.
