We are a property maintenance facility located in Union County. We manage apartment houses, warehouses, and commercial real estate.
We are currently seeking a dedicated candidate to join our team and assist with all aspects of property management.
The ideal candidate must know proper repair procedures and have a minimum of two years of property maintenance experience.
The role will involve both indoor and outdoor tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our properties.
Additionally, the candidate must be fluent in Spanish, possess a valid New Jersey driver's license and transportation and be authorized to work in the USA. Proximity to Elizabeth is crucial to handle emergencies promptly.
All candidates will be vetted through a comprehensive screening process.
Outdoor:
Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality repairs and maintenance. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any potential issues proactively.
Oversee day-to-day operations and verify work is being performed correctly
Coordinate with the maintenance crew
Inspection of properties
Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs
Respond to tenant inquires and resolve any issues
Work & coordinate with state & local inspectors
Indoor:
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Access)
Able to communicate effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work with tenants to help resolve their problems and address their concerns promptly and professionally.
