We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Photo Production Coordinator to manage the logistics, timelines, and workflows that support product photography and visual content creation.
This is not a hands-on creative role. You will not be doing design, photography, or editing. However, a strong visual eye is important to help evaluate content for quality and accuracy. The ideal candidate has experience in project coordination, ideally in consumer products environments. You should be comfortable working around creative teams and capable of keeping projects running smoothly by managing many moving parts across teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all logistics and timelines for photo and visual content production
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect product information and materials before each project
- Prepare for photo shoots by ordering samples and props, booking stylists, organizing grocery lists, and shopping for groceries when needed
- Confirm that all shoot materials are ready in advance according to guidance from department director
- Assist with on-set logistics and coordination as needed
- Maintain and update a roster of freelancers such as photographers, stylists, and editors
- Organize and manage digital asset files and folders
- Track timelines and deliverables in monday.com project management software
- Share final assets with internal teams and ensure proper archiving
- Flag any quality issues or inconsistencies and escalate when appropriate
- Provide general production and administrative support to the Creative and Marketing teams
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination or production support
- Background in consumer goods or content production environments is a plus
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and follow-through across teams and vendors
- Familiarity with project management tools and cloud file systems
- Strong eye for visual consistency and content quality
