Job Type: Flexible Part-Time, Mostly Virtual (20-25 hours/week, Mon–Thu; available sometimes on nights/weekends on rare occasion)
Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual to support a busy female entrepreneur in managing both personal and professional tasks. This role involves diverse responsibilities, including the daily management of household operations, assisting with the construction of a new home, and supporting family activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills, capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Administration: Manage administrative tasks for small investment and consulting business
Financial Administration: Manage bills, bank deposits, credit card processing, and expense tracking.
Scheduling & Organization: Maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with personal office organization.
New Home Construction: Coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, handle town permits, and oversee relationships with key partners.
House Management: Oversee daily home operations, including cleaning schedules, repairs, maintenance, and coordinating guest visits.
Family Support: Assist with college-age children’s schedules, bills, and activities.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), iPhone, and MAC.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A self-starter with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills.
Professional, pleasant, and able to work well with others.
Must have a valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Experience in construction coordination and AIRBNB scheduling is a plus.
College degree preferred.
