We’re a small wood flooring company seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Secretary. This role is for 20 hours per week and perfect for someone who excels at organizing, managing day-to-day office tasks, and working independently.
Responsibilities:
Keep our office organized and running smoothly
Handle scheduling, emails, and phone calls
Manage basic paperwork and filing
Assist with customer inquiries and light administrative tasks
Social media content creation and account management
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong writing and editing skills
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
Good customer service and communication skills
QuickBooks experience required
Prior office experience a plus, but not mandatory
Hours: 20 hours/week, flexible scheduling
