Commercial Property Management, Leasing & Development Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the lease accounting department.
Responsiblities include:
Assist in the tenant lease and utility billing process
Draft documents and forms
Track and update vendor COI's and W-9 forms
Prepare mailings for vendor payments and documents
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments
Data entry of tenant and vendor information
Provide back-up on phones at all times
Drafting email and letter correspondence
General administrative support to lease accounting department including filing, copying, scanning, etc.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high level of attention to detail
Highly organized with an ability to work independently as well as in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish
Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
