About the Role

As the Executive Business Partner to the CEO, you will serve as a trusted right-hand, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and that strategic goals are met. Your role will be pivotal in helping the CEO stay focused on big-picture objectives while managing the details that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support & Partnership: Act as a thought partner to the CEO, helping to prioritize initiatives, manage projects, and execute strategic goals.

Executive Operations Management: Oversee and optimize the CEO’s workflow, managing calendars, scheduling key meetings, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Communication & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the CEO’s liaison with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Project & Initiative Execution: Track progress on company initiatives, following up on action items, and ensuring that commitments turn into results.

Decision-Making Support: Anticipate challenges, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively offer solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive business and personal matters with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

Efficiency Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve processes, minimize inefficiencies, and enhance productivity for the CEO and leadership team.

Who You Are

A strategic and operational thinker with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and thrives on making things happen.

A strong communicator, capable of managing up and across an organization.

Tech-savvy with experience using executive-level business tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, project management platforms, and CRM software.

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key.

Trustworthy and reliable, with a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.

A natural leader who enjoys working behind the scenes to drive efficiency and success.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in an executive support, chief of staff, or operational leadership role.

Background in business administration, operations, or a related field.

Experience working with high-growth businesses, startups, or family-owned companies.

Familiarity with food manufacturing or consumer goods industries is a plus.

Strong ability to manage relationships with senior executives, board members, and external partners.
