SUMMARY
Our client, a nonprofit organization focused on family support services, is seeking a temporary Administrative Support professional for a short-term project. This individual will assist in preparing materials for an upcoming event by creating flyers and booklets using Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with a creative eye for simple, engaging layouts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create event flyers and informational booklets using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or Publisher.
Assist with formatting, editing, and finalizing printed materials.
Collaborate with staff members to ensure branding and messaging are aligned.
Meet deadlines and produce polished, ready-to-print documents.
Perform light administrative tasks as needed to support event preparation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher).
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, organized layouts.
Creativity and a basic sense of design (no graphic design degree required).
Ability to work independently and complete assignments quickly.
Availability to work on-site in East Orange, NJ on Wednesday and Thursday.
Prior administrative, marketing, or event support experience is a plus.
