We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager Assistant to support our project management team with various administrative and coordination tasks. This role requires prior experience in the electrical field and a solid understanding of construction project flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating electrical projects
Maintain and update project schedules, reports, and documentation
Track progress and support project timelines and deliverables
Communicate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
Support documentation for change orders, RFIs, permits, and inspections
Prepare and maintain detailed job folders and project logs
Attend project meetings and provide accurate notes and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company procedures and assist with project closeouts
Qualifications:
Electrical field experience is required (commercial or residential preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); project management software a plus
Ability to read and interpret basic electrical drawings and construction documents
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
This position does not involve ordering materials
Will work closely with and assist the project management team
