We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and assist our project management team. Prior experience or familiarity with the electrical or construction industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to office and field teams
Assist the project management team with scheduling, documentation, and tracking project progress
Manage email communications and handle general office correspondence
Maintain and organize project files, permits, and inspection records
Prepare reports, job logs, and other administrative documents
Qualifications:
1–2 years of administrative experience (construction or electrical background a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with electrical terms or project workflows is a plus
