We’re hiring a reliable, focused individual to scan company records at a major hospital network. You will work in a quiet, secure environment where attention to detail and tech comfort are essential.
Job Details:
Location: On-site at either Hoboken, Jersey City, or Bayonne
Schedule: Full-time preferred (Mon–Fri during business hours); part-time considered
Pay: $15/hour. Opportunity for bonuses and salary increases based on performance
What You’ll Do:
Use high-speed scanners and scanning software to digitize company paper records
Check quality of scanned images, file completeness, and proper organization
Handle physical documents securely and prepare for shredding
Solve minor tech issues (e.g., scanner jams, connection issues) or escalate when needed
Keep workspace and digital files organized
You’ll Succeed in This Role If You:

Take initiative and solve problems without waiting to be told
Are comfortable with computers, internet, and file systems
Can troubleshoot basic technical issues (e.g., printer/scanner problems, network hiccups)
Are extremely detail-oriented—catching mistakes before they become problems
Are discreet and can be trusted with confidential documents
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with office equipment, scanning software, or records management
Familiarity with HIPAA or secure document handling (we’ll train)
