I would love to find a detail-oriented, social media savvy, organized, experienced personal assistant who loves organization, enjoys researching as well as generally helping out with whatever is needed.
Duties would include:
Scheduling personal appointments
Managing my inbox including drafting and sending emails
Keep my office organized ( office, closets, files)
Managing errands ( Grocery shopping, dry cleaning, laundry)
Posting and comment on Social Media business chanels
Research on
Chat GPT
Help complete organizational tasks on To Do list.
Help with decluttering
Packing/unpacking before/after trips.
Driving at times to appointments.
Be open to discussing business ideas, offering perspective and suggestions.
Ideal Schedule: Schedule is flexible- 10-12 hrs a month, 2-3 days a week, 2- 5 pm EST, M- F
