Growing Property Management Company in Hoboken is in need of an Administrative Associate for a fast-paced office. Due to tremendous growth in our business we find ourselves in need of an additional staff member.

Part time position paying $25 per hour. Expectations would be 2 to 3 days a week. It is part time, so no set schedule, but there is enough work for 2 to 3 days.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to to the following:

1) Filing of paperwork

2) Preparation of, and mailing of, important letters related to daily operations.

3) Organization of office supplies, office operations, etc.

4) Willingness to perform additional tasks as needed.

- Willingness to perform tasks requested by supervisors and higher ups

- Expectations to promote a positive attitude in the office.

This position is not a remote position. Candidate chosen will be expected to be in the office in 2 to 3 days a week. As previously stated, this is a part-time position and hours are flexible

Although this job is entry level, there is definite potential for a full time opportunity. Background check will be required.
