Growing Property Management Company in Hoboken is in need of an Administrative Associate for a fast-paced office. Due to tremendous growth in our business we find ourselves in need of an additional staff member.
We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to senior leaders and will ensure efficient office operations. We are looking for an adaptable candidate to join our fast-paced growing business.
This position will pay $50,000.00 per year starting salary, with bonus potential, and is a Full-Time position. There is tremendous opportunity for growth. The company does NOT currently offer an employer's Health Plan.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities:
Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
Manage phone calls i.e. return calls and redirect
Manage and schedule meetings via shared calendar
Manage all parcel related tasks i.e. preparation of, and mailing of, important letters related to daily operations.
Responds to emails and other communication platforms, including Employers Proprietary Web Portal.
Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents
Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets
Organization of office supplies, office operations, etc.
Coordinate with Vendor
Other task assigned by leadership
Qualifications and Skills:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Superior time management and ability to prioritize large workloads
- Flexibility and ability to take direction with ease
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with others
- Willingness to perform tasks requested by leadership
- Expectations to promote a positive attitude in the office.
- Ability to type 50 words a minute.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
This position is full-time and NOT a remote position. Candidate will be expected in the Office 5 days per week.
Although this job is entry level, there is definite potential for growth. Background check will be required.
