We have an excellent immediate opportunity for a full-time inventory control associate in a manufacturing environment. 5 years of experience is preferred
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Shipping and Receiving: Accurate and on-time product flow to customers, outside suppliers and customer returns.
Ideal candidate must have computer skills, clear verbal communication skills, be able to communicate by phone with truckers, be familiar with shipping documents in compliance with customer and company policies and be able to lift heavy items sometimes.
Shipping software, such as UPS and FedEx
After received in, move product to required area / department, and help manage inventory control (counting, affixing labels to identify product – quantity)
Forklift operation, pallet jack and hand truck experience is a must.
Packing product, building and unpacking skids.
Candidate must be trainable, work well with team members, be able to take instruction from management, and be able to think independently, prioritize and have time management skills.
