POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a SHARP, RESOURCEFUL PROFESSIONAL to support our whistleblower and litigation team. This role is more than clerical support — you’ll assist attorneys with complex case preparation, manage critical documents, and help build cases that make a national impact.
This is a NON-ATTORNEY POSITION, but you will work closely with attorneys on high-profile matters. The right candidate is INTELLIGENT, RELIABLE, DETAIL-ORIENTED, and EAGER TO LEARN.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with document review, organization, and analysis in FCA and whistleblower cases
Review and flag documents for privilege, responsiveness, and key issues
Prepare memos, timelines, summaries, and evidence charts
Support intake and client retention process
Organize case files, monitor deadlines, maintain litigation calendars
Assist with trial prep, discovery, and client communication
Handle administrative tasks to keep cases and office running smoothly
Assist with intakes and retention process
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
High intellect and strong common sense
Excellent reading comprehension, writing, and editing skills
Strong organizational skills; ability to handle deadlines
Reliability, attention to detail, confidentiality
Team player who also takes initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Legal background or paralegal experience helpful but not required
Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experience in whistleblower/FCA/healthcare fraud or litigation support
Familiarity with e-discovery platforms or legal databases
Exposure to legal technology or data management tools
