About Brown, LLC

Brown, LLC is a nationally renowned plaintiffs’ litigation firm focused on whistleblower, False Claims Act (FCA), FLSA, and class action matters. With record-setting recoveries and a team of former DOJand elite litigators, we combine legal firepower with innovation — and we’re looking to take that innovation even further.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a smart, resourceful, AI-savvy professional to support our whistleblower and qui tam litigation team. This isn’t a typical document review role — we want someone who thrives on learning, can help integrate AI into workflows, and isn’t afraid to dig into large datasets, identify key evidence, and assist in building high-impact cases.

This is a non-attorney role, but you'll be working closely with attorneys on cutting-edge litigation and tech-forward processes. Ideal for someone who is legally curious, highly intelligent, and excited about how AI is reshaping the legal world.

Core Responsibilities

Assist with document review, organization, and analysis in high-stakes FCA and whistleblower cases

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoCounsel, Relativity AI, custom GPT apps) to streamline case development

Flag relevant documents for privilege, responsiveness, and hot issues

Help test and implement AI workflows to improve efficiency in discovery, data analysis, and case prep

Generate memos, timelines, summaries, and evidence charts to support litigation teams

Participate in internal brainstorming on AI/legaltech strategy

Occasionally assist with admin/legal ops tasks (e.g., organizing case files, monitoring deadlines)

Assist with intakes and retention process

What We’re Looking For

High intellect and strong common sense; you figure things out quickly

Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills

Demonstrated interest or experience in AI, automation, or legal tech

Familiarity with platforms like ChatGPT, Casetext, Relativity, or similar is a strong plus

Comfort working with structured and unstructured data

Legal background or paralegal experience is helpful, but not required

Bachelor's degree or higher

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in whistleblower/FCA/healthcare fraud or litigation support

Background in data analytics, compliance, or tech implementation

Some coding or scripting experience (e.g., Python, SQL, prompt engineering)

Why Work Here?

Be part of a mission-driven litigation team that’s changing lives and holding fraudsters accountable

Get exposure to legal innovation from the front lines

Competitive compensation and meaningful work every day

Tight-knit, collegial team in a high-performance, no-drama environment

Opportunity to grow with one of the nation’s leading whistleblower firms

To Apply

Email your resume, a short note on why this excites you, and (if available) any samples of AI workflows you’ve used or created
