As a Warehouse Operations Lead, you’ll take the lead on daily tasks like picking, packing, shipping, and training others on SOPs, safety, and quality. We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to go the extra mile every day to get the job done.
If you successfully complete training and meet performance expectations, you’ll be promoted to a full-time Floor Supervisor—with more responsibility, leadership, and pay growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
Perform and oversee daily tasks per SOPs and client instructions. Support team workflow and flag any operational issues.
Training & Standards:
Train staff on procedures, safety, equipment, and client-specific requirements. Provide hands-on guidance and reinforce best practices.
Inventory & Quality:
Conduct cycle counts, verify order accuracy, inspect shipments, and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.
Systems & Productivity:
Meet productivity benchmarks using WMS, tablets, and scanners. Help implement workflow improvements.
Client Service & Communication:
Ensure orders meet packaging and labeling standards. Follow client instructions and maintain clear communication with the team.
Safety & Compliance:
Promote a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all operational and safety policies.
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse experience (3PL/logistics preferred)
Proven ability to go the extra mile daily to get the job done
Experience training or mentoring team members
Skilled in using forklifts, bendy forklifts, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks
Comfortable with computers, tablets, scanners, and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational ability
Bilingual: English required; Some Spanish a plus.
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates will be required to complete on site exams evaluating English proficiency, experience with warehouse equipment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—particularly Excel.
