Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
BSN in nursing and two years combined public health nursing and progressive professional responsibilities in public health nursing; or
A Registered Nurse in good standing having three years combined public health nursing and progressive professional responsibilities in public health nursing.
Current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice
Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience in home care with one year of supervisory experience
Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct clinical and administrative personnel
Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of home care federal and state regulations
Knowledge of reimbursement sources and documentation requirements within home care
Must be a licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with Agency and state requirements
Has current CPR certification
