Greeting you all. Happy Sunday. My name is Galina. I’m a social worker turned nurse,
turned nurse entrepreneur.
I have been in business for several years and I do amazing work. Don’t take my word for

Here is what’s going on and for me posting this ad. I’m building two new brand new
departments. One department is for developing of the awesome people who make up
my team. The other department is in home and community based, private pay and
insurance reimbursed skilled nursing…I don’t do Medicare but that department will take
private pay clients and insurance client.
I’m in need of a part time RN to help me with these two departments. The days and the
hours are little bit flexible and design to work with other parts of your work-life balance.
The days can be 2-4 days a week: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays or Wednesdays,
Thursdays, Fridays or Thursdays and Fridays.
The kind of things you will help me do:
-Client happiness (internal clients are team members and external clients are care
recipients)
-Help skill validate the caregiving staff
-Teach simple care giving skills
-On-boarding new clients
-Developing care plans and ensuring their implementation
-Maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards
-Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
-Contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
-Provide oversight to the caregiving team
-Serve as assistant administrator in the absence of the CEO
Requirements:
-Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of New Jersey
-Strong Leadership and communication skills
-Knowledge of homecare and best practices
-Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment
