Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Patient Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our back office operations. Your primary focus will be on managing patient coordination and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.

Previous experience in home care administration experience a MUST.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in multitasking and managing high call volumes.

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.

Empathetic and patient-centered approach to interactions.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency with office software and technology tools.

Willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing environment.

based Branchburg NJ office will relocate in the next few months to Hackensack NJ area
