I hope this finds you well. My name is Star. I am a business developer and corporate trainer. I am in need for a dynamic CHHA to take the position of a caregiving coordinator.
A caregiving coordinator is a CNA, CHHA, PCT or MA who works in the following 4 capacities:
#1. Administrative support to the COO & administrator 15% of the time. Dress code business.
#2. Scheduling & care coordination 30% of the time. Dress code business.
#3. In home caregiving 50% of the time. Dress code scrubs
#4. After hour on the phone supervising 5%. Dress code what ever works for virtual work.
The best fit for the position is someone who enjoys a friendly and warm working environment and loves learning new things and the opportunity to continuously grow.
The clients served are wealthy retired professionals and the aging loved ones of busy professional families who prefer to age in place in their clean and beautiful homes.
We take assisted living services into their homes so they do not need to move into a retirement community if the choice is to remain at home.
This position is full time with every other weekend requirement and offers 7 benefits.
