Job Description:
The NJ Certified Home Health Aid at At Home Companions will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our client in Mahwah, New Jersey.
Multiple shifts available; 9pm-9am. 2:30pm=9pm, weekends.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Monitor and record vital signs
Assist with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare Meals
Perform light housekeeping duties
Maintain accurate and updated documentation
Requirements:
NJ Certified Home Health Aid
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to transfer clients safely
Experience working with elderly dementia patients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible schedule, including overnight shifts and weekends
