We’re seeking a Certified Medical Assistant who brings their A-game every day — someone who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in our patients' experience. At Bona Dea, we’re more than just a medical office — we’re a team on a mission to support and empower women with exceptional care in a warm and welcoming space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare exam rooms and assist with patient intake, vitals, and medical history

Administer injections, perform lab draws, and manage specimen collection

Ensure accurate documentation in EMR and maintain up-to-date patient records

Manage room turnover and help maintain clinical flow

Communicate clearly and kindly with patients and colleagues

Anticipate needs, solve problems on the fly, and support a smooth patient experience

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless care

Uphold the mission and values of Bona Dea in every interaction

What We’re Looking For:

Dependability — someone we can trust to follow through every time

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Problem-solving mindset — you anticipate challenges and tackle them head-on

Compassionate, calm, and confident in patient-facing situations

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to grow

Alignment with our mission to empower and support women at every stage of life

Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required

Previous experience in a women’s health or clinical setting preferred but not required

Experience with EMR systems (please list specific systems used)

Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills

Bilingual is a plus, but not required

What We Offer:

A supportive, mission-focused work culture

Competitive hourly pay

Opportunities to grow and take on increased responsibilities

A team that values integrity, compassion, and excellence in care
