Stable and Growing Restaurant Group with locations in New York and South Orange, NJ is continuing to expand with a brand new location opening in South Orange, NJ in April 2025! We are now looking for an experienced South Chef with Greek Cuisine experience.
This individual will work closely with the Corporate Chef on menu items and specials. Must posses the ability to lead a team of no less than 10 employees and hold company standards. Also, working the line, training, creating specials, organizing walkins, and kitchen stations, inventory and placing orders and follow all Health department regulations.
The ideal candidate should have minimum of three years of experience in kitchen management.
Knowledge of Greek cuisine preferred.
Will need experience in ordering and cost management along with the ability to train staff and communicate with Corporate Chef on menu items and specials.
Must be able to delegate tasks and follow up to ensure completion.
Candidate will need to have knowledge in scheduling and labor control.
Must have Servsafe Manager Certification
Bilingual Greek and/or Spanish
