We are looking for an ambitious, clean, reliable and hard working young sous chef to join our kitchen.
The job is full time and is for someone who takes working with food seriously and wants a career in the field.
Pay will continue to scale with performance but will start at $850 NET per week. You must have a food handlers license or possess the ability and intelligence to get one.
Responsibilities:
- Making fresh pasta
- Handling all products from meat, cheeses, flours and sea food
- Supporting the 2nd and Lead chef
- Plating salads, desserts and pastas
- helping with inventory, labor and keeping the work station clean and professional at all times.
