This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. They will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees, creating and managing budgets, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Qualifications
P&L Management and Budgeting skills
Experience in managing customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
Experience in hiring and training employees
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
Certification or degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
