Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front End Manager. As the Front End Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the front end department, ensuring efficient and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front end staff, including cashiers and clerks
- Manage cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure accurate cash handling and perform cash audits as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of front end supplies
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement training programs for front end staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively
- Excellent sales skills to promote additional products or services
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in training development to effectively train new hires
- Proficient in supervising and managing a team of employees
- Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory levels and keep track of supplies
