We are interviewing for a new Host position for a fine dining Korean BBQ restaurant. This position can Part-Time or Full-Time.
Being bi-lingual (English & Korean) is a huge plus and will be qualified for higher starting pay if so.
Job requirements are:
Being presentable and staying visible at the front of the house or host stand to greet any incoming guests and take phone calls.
Helping to take To-Go orders and third party orders (Doordash, GrubHub, etc.)
Helping polish and clean plates, silverware, glassware.
helping to bring customers plates, water, drinks and small condiments, if needed
Helping to keep all water glasses full.
Helping watch that all tables are maintained with proper service or may need some attention.
Helping to set up tables for barbecue/hotpot.
Helping to restock any togo containers, tableware, and ingredients needed for restaurant as necessary.
Help prepare restaurant for service for the following day.
Experience is preferred but not necessary. Room for pay growth and status promotion.
Hours:
We are looking for a few weekdays from 4:00PM - 9:00PM.
Weekends (Sat & Sun) - either all day from 11:00AM - 9:00PM OR 4:00PM - 9:00PM.
You must schedule an interview first. Second interview may be necessary!
This is not a temporary position but an important professional permanent position. We are trying to train the right person to do the the job here. The longer you stay working with us, the more money you will make. Pay raises are given to those who are respectful, work hard and follow the team system.
