Busy downtown Montclair restaurant is seeking a full time/ part time manager. We are looking for someone to spend most of the shift working the floor: managing the staff, engaging with with guests and ensuring that service and food quality is excellent. You must have a positive demeanor, be extremely organized and detailed oriented. Additionally the position requires tracking employees lateness and other disciplinary issues, and addressing performance issues in a professional and through manner. Confidence with this is a must.
We require at least 3 years of manager experience, in a full service restaurant. Open availability a must.
